  拔井绳是洪式太极拳所独有的基本功法,是练习腰裆劲的主要方法。拔井绳是一
种象形功法,它的练习方法就象从井里面提水。因为现在的人大都没有见过打水,更
不用说去打水了,所以这个功法本来是很简单的,但因为人们没有见过,显得有点不
好理解。
  练习时注意腰胯的旋转是由膝盖的一提一落来完成的,两个手也是随着身体的旋
转,配合膝盖的起落一个里缠上提,一个外缠下插,犹如手抓绳子将水从井里提出一
样。
  小缠丝是拿法的一种,它是在对方用力抓握你的腕部的时候,我以另外一只手搭

使对方疼痛难忍,如果缠的紧了会令对方受伤。但每个用法都必须有老师的言传身授
方能掌握,不然仅仅是看个外表。
