The Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process, mandated to implement and supervise the
government’s comprehensive peace process, is looking for additional staff who will work for a just and

Task Force for Decommissioned Combatants and their Communities (TFDCC)

Minimum Qualifications  Two (2) years relevant experience
 Eight (8) hours relevant training

1.) Facilitates the implementation of the Socio-Economic


Development Program for the Decommissioned
Combatants and their Communities (TFDCC):
 Coordinate with regional partner agencies on
planning, programming and monitoring of the
implementation of the socio-economic program for
the decommissioned combatants and their
communities;
 Provide technical assistance to the implementing
partners to ensure effective and efficient program
Duties and Responsibilities

implementation of the socio-economic program for

 Manage, supervise and recommend appropriate
policy / guidance in relation to the socio-economic

SocioEconomic Program implementation to the


concerned partners;
 Supervise the five Assistant Development Workers;
 Provide timely feedback on the business arising/
matters related to operations in Cotabato Office;
 Prepare draft memoranda, letters and reports to the
key stakeholders of the program;
 Undertake other tasks as assigned by the immediate
supervisor and other officers of OPAPP/ Panel;

2.) Undertake other tasks assigned by the Unit Director or


Assistant Secretary of Policy and Programs.

Joint Task Forces on Camps Transformation (JTFCTs)

Place of Assignment Cotabato City
 Graduate of a four-year course preferably, but not limited to,
the field of social sciences and community development;
 Two years of working experience relevant to community
organizing;
Qualifications and  Excellent communication skills;
Competencies  Preferably can speak Maguindanaon and/or Maranao;
 Willing to travel to conflict-affected and conflict vulnerable
areas;
 Willing to work on holidays, weekends and beyond office
hours as may be necessary.
 Provide policy recommendation and oversee the overall
operations of JTFCT on the ground;
 Regularly report to the GPH-MILF Socio-economic
Component Office of the Cotabato City;
 Provide technical assistance to the Unit Director, JTFCT
Key Roles and Responsibilities
leadership and Camps Coordinators, partner agencies,
LGUs and other stakeholders for the consolidation of project
initiatives in the Six Camps;
 Coordinate with the JTFCT technical staff, other five

LGUs and other stakeholders for the consolidation of project


initiatives in the Six Camps;
 Monitor and evaluate project implementation in one
assigned;
 Prepare and submit reports to the unit/OPAPP on a monthly
basis;
 Coordinate and facilitate flow of activities in the Six
