CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE 1973
1. The above named petitioner is a friend of an accused in crime No54/18 of Thodupuzha Police station.
2. The allegation against the accused is 20(1)(b) and (11) (A) of N D P S act.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that on 10/01/2018 at 8.10 P M he travelled with the accused in
a car driven by the accused from Thodupuzha to Mangattukavala and the car halted there the
respondent and his subordinate came towards the car and the petitioner came out from the car and run
away. The respondent checked the car and found 38 gram of dried ganja in the car. He arrested the
accused and registered crime against him as 20(1)(b) and (11)A of NDPS Act. The respondent
produced him before T F M Thodupuzha and remanded him to sub jail later he is released on bail.
4. On the statement of accused before him that the above named petioles and two other are involved in
this case. The respondent even now not included the petitioner and other in the array of actuated in the
crime.
5. The petitioner is not only innocent but also not committed any offence as stated by the accused and
respondent.
6. From that day on wards the respondent regularly in the night came to petitioner’s house and mentioned
petitioner’s parents and relative to show the petitioners or produced him on station . If they are not
produced him on station he threatened the manhandle them. They are living now under the feed of
police.
7. The petitioner does not have any relation except friendship to accused under respect he done under
Politian pressure to xxxxxx and manhandle him.
8. He is a low obedient citizen on the country.
9. He is ready and willing to co operate the respondent.
Therefore it is most respectfully prayed by the petitioner before this Honorable court to give a
direction to the respondent to release him on bail in the event of against.

1. The above named petitioner id residing at Karimannur kara in Karimannur village with his
grandparents. He is a lobour worked and wags from his parents.
On 03/02/2018 the respondent and his subordinate came to the house of grandparents and reached
the house for the petitioner and told than that he is to be an accused in a case. The respondent
demanded them to produced him in the police station. No this petition except this petitioner is field
before any except.
2. He is not only innocent but also not committed any offence as a alleged.
3. The day before yesterday night the respondent came to the his house and took his mobile phone and
a bike on the road and now kept in the station. If the parents is not produced him to the station he
threatened them to manhandle them.
The old age grandparents now living under the fear of manhandle from respondent.
The respondent and his subordinate doing it under the reduce influence of a reeling front leader.
He is a low oblient citizen and not doing any offence against law. He is ready and willing to
cooperate with the respondent.
Therefore it is most respectfully prayed by the petitioner before this Honorable court to give a
direction to the respondent to release him on bail in the event of against.
