RE: REMINDER/ NOTICE OF INTENSION TO SUE

WE act for and on behalf of Ms. Akello Beatrice herein referred to as our
client upon whose instruction we address you as follows;-

THAT we wrote to you a letter for mediation dated 9th day of February, 2015
inviting you for mediation on the 11th/02/14 at 9:00am at our office located
on the same road with mother Ludia Nursery school, however you never
showed up thus the meeting was frustrated.

TAKE NOTE THAT your moral and legal obligation to provide for the welfare of
your children for which you can be prosecuted in the courts of Law.

UPON THE ABOVE, you are therefore reminded to attend another meeting in
our office scheduled for on the 2/03P/2015 at 10:00am so the matter can be
discussed and resolved amicably. We are located on the same road with
mother Ludia School. If you fail to come, this serves as a notice of intention to
sue.
