Dick Tracy is Investigator Richard Tracy at the NH AGs Office. He confessed to being aware approximately
$137,000 was extorted from a couple in Weare NH in a large racketeering scam run by dirtbag lawyers.
Like Solomon.

That couple were murdered and fleabags get to keep covering up.

Scott Gilbert gave me a fake cold case unit email address. He was showing up as an inactive employee at
the time on the state's payroll. But no one explains that or why he intentionally gave me a FAKE cold case
unit email address.

Why would a lieutenant with the NH State Police Major Crimes Unit want me to tell him what I know about
a murder to a FAKE email address?
