You can also join the Overseas Students’ Association (OSA), which is an organisation
that represents all international students studying full-time in Singapore. The OSA hosts

international students living in Singapore and share one another’s experiences. The
OSA also organises cultural interaction activities that will provide opportunities for

CaseTrust for The CaseTrust for Education Scheme has been customised by the Consumers
Education Scheme Association of Singapore (CASE) for the education industry in Singapore. Since
1 September 2005, only schools that have attained the CaseTrust for Education status
are allowed to admit international students.
Centralised Passing the Centralised Qualifying Test was previously a requirement for admission to
Qualifying Test (CQT) the popular Primary Schools, top Secondary Schools and Junior Colleges. With effect
from January 2005, international students seeking admission to these schools are no
longer required to take the CQT.
Certification Test (CT) The Certification Test (CT) assesses the students’ abilities in Mathematics and English,
for admission purposes. The CT saves applicants the trouble of taking multiple tests
at different schools. Results are valid for a year.
