I am very interested in the nurses aide job on the 2-10 shift. I have worked as a dietary aide in
this facility for 2 years and that is how I learned about the position. I am very punctual and take
pride in my work. I am willing to work hard and do any task at hand.

I have completed the nurses aide course through Northwood-Kensett and NIACC. I am
responsible for my actions. I’m very caring, and compassionate towards others. I am able to find
common ground with any person. I get along with other coworkers well.
