The Principal Secretary, Department of Education,

Government of Bihar has to file an affidavit as to what steps he

has taken in furtherance to the letter no.1577, dated 07.09.2017

addressed to him by the District Magistrate, Begusarai, a copy of

which is Annexure-A to the show-cause, which has been filed on

behalf of the State (opposite party). The Court has certain faith in

the Principal Secretary and, therefore, there is expectation that he

will do what is required to be done with due dispassion and

fairness on the input so provided.
