Employment Agreement Addendum
THIS ADDENDUM made as of ___________________ between Café Pacefika (9346-5516
Quebec Inc.) - a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Province of Quebec, hereinafter
referred to as (the "Employer"); and __________________________, hereinafter referred to as
the “Team Member” in the position of Café Team Member.

The parties agree to amend the Employment Agreement by the following additions:

Section 1 is amended to read as follows:

1. Employment

The Team Member agrees that he/she/they will at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the
best of his/her/their skill, ability, experience and talents, perform all of the duties required of
his/her/their position. In carrying out these duties and responsibilities, the Team Member shall
comply with all Employer policies, procedures, rules and regulations, both written and oral, as
are announced by the Employer from time to time. It is also understood and agreed to by the
Team Member that his/her/their assignment, duties and responsibilities and reporting
arrangements may be changed by the Employer in its sole discretion without causing termination
of this agreement. Comprising the Team Member’s duty of care to company property, both
tangible and intellectual, as well as company protocol, the team member will be held financially
responsible for any breakage or loss caused by a dishonest or willful act, or by his/her/their gross
negligence and/or willful misconduct. Café Pacefika (9346-5516 Quebec Inc.) will not accept
liability for personal property that has been lost or damaged during the course of employment. It
is the responsibility of the Team Member to safeguard their personal belongings.

Section 2, paragraph (m) is amended to read as follows:

(m) The Team Member will be scheduled between 0 and 40 hours per week, divided
over 7 days (Monday to Sunday), subject to the opening and closing hours of Café
Pacefika (9346-5516 Quebec Inc).

The Team Member has been given the time to review and bring modifications to this addendum
and seek independent legal advice if he/she/they want to do so.
