In the leading case i.e. CWP No.14623 of 2016, the

status report pertaining to investigation was ordered to be filed. The

learned State counsel does not have the instructions with regard to the

status of inquiry as on date. Reply(ies) in CM-211-CWP-2018 in CWP

No.4420 of 2017 and CM-49-CWP-2018 in CWP-26121-2016 filed in

Court are taken on record. Copies thereof have been supplied to learned

counsel opposite.

Considering the fact that investigation with regard to

irregularity in the selection process has still not been concluded,

therefore, the Court feels that without finalization of the investigation

by the Vigilance Bureau, re-examination of certain categories as

reflected in Annexure P-10 would complicate the issue and will

generate unavoidable litigation.

In the circumstances, the process of re-examination in

pursuance to Annexure P-10 shall remain stayed till next date of

hearing.

Post again on 21.02.2018, the date already fixed in

the main case.

In the meantime, the State is directed to complete the

investigation and file report a week prior to the adjourned date.

A photocopy of this order be placed in the file of

other connected case(s).
