THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the Motion of the State of Florida and thé\%:quest HT!

of the Tampa Police Department and the Court having been further apprised in the premises, it is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the sealing of the Search Warrant to The Weather Company

LLC (served on February lS', 201 8) and Related Documents is necessary to:

a. Prevent a serious and imminent threat to the fair, impartial and orderly

administration of justice,

b. Protect a compelling governmental interest, or

C. Avoid a substantial injury to an innocent third party, and there are no less

restrictive measures are available to protect these interests, it's further

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Search Warrant and Related Documents (TPD Case

Numbers 2017-524122, 201 7-541546, 2017-530372, 2017-586397) is hereby sealed from public inspection

by all persons except authorized personnell o f the State At tomey 's Office in and for the Thirteenth Judicial

Circuit and authorized personnel of the Tampa Police Department until

a. Further court order, or

b. The release of the discovery.
