Robyn Goulette - Modern/Contemporary - Founder of The New England Inspirational


Dance Collective, Robyn received her BFA from the Boston Conservatory. She was assistant to the director of dance at
Franklin School for the performing arts in Franklin MA, and owned and directed Spectrum Dance Theatre in Townsend MA for
nine years. Robyn has danced professionally with MJT Dance Company of Boston, Granite State Ballet, North Shore Civic Ballet,
Judah Dancers, Atlantis Contemporary Dance Company and Boston Liturgical Dance Ensemble. She has taught Ballet and
Modern in area studios throughout MA and NH. Robyn’s choreography has received critical acclaim throughout the New England
area. She has been a guest choreographer for Granite State Ballet, Southern NH Youth Ballet, Peterboro Dance Theater, Nashoba
Valley Dance Academy, Northern Ballet, Magnum Opus and the Milford NH Spartans Marching Band. Robyn is a faculty member
at So NH Dance Theater teaching Ballet and Modern. Robyn also teaches at Allegro Dance Academy in Nashua, NH , Nashoba
Valley Dance Academy in Groton, MA and is the Artistic Director of Saving Grace Dance Ensemble.

Julianna Slager - Classical Ballet - Ballet 5:8 Artistic Director and Resident Choreographer
Julianna Rubio Slager is originally from Spring Arbor, Michigan. Slager began her dance training with Mrs. Lori
Ladwig and went on to study under notable teachers from Ann Arbor Ballet Theater, New York City Ballet, the
Vaganova Academy and Puerto Rican National Ballet. Slager enjoyed dancing under Barbara Smith at Greater
Lansing Ballet during her training, and also under Kathy Thibodeaux and Sol Maisonet at Ballet Magnificat. Upon
moving to Chicago, Slager had the opportunity to work as freelance artist, teacher and choreographer in the Greater
Chicago area. Slager was instrumental in the co-founding of Ballet 5:8 in 2012. 

Aaron Tolson - Tap A New Hampshire native, Aaron started dancing at the age of ten. At 14, he was
invited to perform in the Great Tap Reunion at the Apollo Theatre. At 18 he moved to NYC on a full track
scholarship to St. John’s University. When not on the track or in class studying communications, Aaron was in
Manhattan honing his tap skills. During his senior year to successfully auditioned for the New York Shakespeare
Festival tap program, also known as Funk U! Soon after, Aaron accepted a role in the national and international
tours of Riverdance. He was a featured soloist and captain of the tap dancers for six years as he performed on
Broadway, at Radio City Music Hall, and on stages around the world. In 2006 Aaron began working on Imagine
Tap!, a Chicago-based show whose formation would become the subject of a feature-length documentary, titled
Tap or Die. As a faculty member at The Boston Conservatory and Plymouth State University, Aaron
choreographed, produced and directed several shows featuring New England Tap Ensemble, a non-profit
organization, he created. Aaron recently taught at Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway in New York
City. He is also the director of The Intensive, the national spokesperson for SoDanca, and the Director of Speaking
In Taps, a pre-professional dance company. Sole Power Fitness is Aaron’s latest project, and one that allows him to
share his love of tap with non-dancers, while working out and staying fit at the same time.

will offer technique classes open to all intermediate dance students in the area at a
discounted rate with professional guest teachers!

The New England Inspirational Dance collective creates a venue for inspirational dancers and dance companies
from around the country to be together on one stage, to share their vision, network together, and to bring this
spiritually uplifting and artistic endeavor to the community of Souhegan Valley, New Hampshire
