1. What are your personal perceptions of what a Human Resource Development


Manager/Financial Manager/Marketing Officer/Political Scientist (Consider your ETEEAP
Course) does on a day-to-day basis?

- My personal perception on Human Resources development management is the one who


handles people or a certain employee inside a company. It also deals with people in public or
someone you confront of on how you manage different personalities. Human Resource
development management is there job is to hire a deserving and willing to work on a busy
schedule given by the management, to train the employee on what to do on their respected job
description, to manage them individually on their jobs and for their own achievements and
success and lastly to learn knowledge about the concepts of operating and managing a business.

2. Research what a Human Resource Development Manager/Financial Manager/Marketing


Officer/Political Scientist (Consider your ETEEAP Course) does on a day-to-day basis and
describe your findings. Cite sources of information.

- The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Development


Management is a four-year college course that incorporates employment issues with business
management. The program provides students with knowledge and abilities in workforce
organization, job analysis, manpower recruitment and compensation, personnel training, legal
provisions and other labor concerns. It also deals with the fundamental concepts of operating
and managing a business. BSBA in Human Resource Development Management focuses on
people-oriented subjects associated with organizational workforce. The scope will cover such
topics as principles and theories of employment, personnel training and skills development and
other systems or procedures in handling and managing people.

3. Is this the type of job you are into or closely doing for the past five or more years or you
would love to do in the future?

- Yes, as a manager for almost 10 years in the business industry and also an owner of my own
business, I would really love it more in the future. With this course, i know it will help me
improved a lot of other skills on handling people and adopting different kind of personalities. For
me, the most important things to make the business successful is on the people behind it. This is
the reason why i enrolled in this course.

essential knowledge, 5 essential skills, and 5 essential attitudes of a Human Resource
Development Manager/Financial Manager/Marketing Officer/Political Scientist.

- Human Resource development management responsibilities require and an overlapping set of


competencies. First essential core competencies is on Human Resources Knowledge, in my own
opinion you will understand how and why individuals enter and move within an organization or
business and it helps human resource managers find and eliminate problems that cause
unfavorable working conditions for employees. Second core would be essential skills, for me you
will to be good in communication skills both oral and written for you to effectively relay
information to them and also an eye or an ear for negotiating solos and keeping things track. Not
only through communication skills but also you would also consider critical thinking skills for it to
frequently balance complex situations and to strategically cultivate an environment in which all
can work together toward the improvement of the business. Lastly is attitude, my perception
based on my experience to be a successful business is to share an ethical ways on your
employees. Part of being ethical is truly caring about your people; avoid discrimination in regards
to their background, disability, religious belief and many other factors.

5. Based on your readings, what do you think are the reasons why human resource
management/ marketing management/financial management play a vital role in a company’s
success? Discuss

- Human Resources development management plays a vital role in a company success is to be


adaptive, resilient, quick to change direction and customer-centered. Human Resource
professionals establish a system for performance development, career succession planning and
employees development. Furthermore, Human Resource professional helps in the development
of organizational culture and climate in which employees have the competency, concern and
commitment to serve customers well.
