Project’s Abstract:
The importance of this project comes from the increase need for cars in people’s life.
This leads to a great competition among investors to open cars showrooms. We aim to
transfer a shining image for these showrooms which represent our country.

In our project we will analyze the building from an environmental point of view:
(ventilation, acoustical, lighting), in addition to the structural and mechanical aspects.

This project also aims to reach the highest degree of comfort for the customers with
the lowest expenses without affecting on the quality of the building. Furthermore; the
project aims at reaching to an environmental building (Green Building).

In our project, the structural aspect will be analyzed using SAP2000 and ETABS
programs. The programs will be used as the following:

- DIALux evo will be used for lighting aspect.

- Ecotect will be used for acoustical aspect.
- DesignBuilder will be used for thermal aspect.
- Rivet will be used for mechanical and architectural aspect.
Other programs such as AutoCAD will be used. Finally, the results will be compared
with the standards criteria for such a building.

This project has been done before but without taking into account the standards
requirements, so our goal is to redesign this construction and achieve all of the
requirements.
