operations on site and assist the Site Supervisor in managing and scheduling
trades. You will work alongside the Site Super in enforcing the master Seniority Level

Junior Estimator Niran Infrastructure - Toronto, ON Job Summary Niran
Construction is currently looking to add a Junior Estimator (Sewer,
Watermain and Roads) with 1 - 2 years' GTA experience (recent grads may be
considered) to our team. Responsibilities and Duties •Analyze documents,
specifications, proposals in preparation for pricing •Perform quantity take-
off from engineering drawings •Summarize quantities and prepare
spreadsheets •Review Engineering drawing to ensure compliance with Form
of Tender, requirements and specifications •Assist the Senior Estimator in the
overall bidding process. •Obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
•Review Construction drawings in comparison to the Tender drawings and
assist with the preparation of Change Orders. •Maintain job files and
correspondence on active and completed projects Qualifications and Skills
•Education: CET or EIT •Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)

and documents •Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Computer aided estimating
