Terms & Conditions

1. Unless otherwise specified, all invoices become due immediately from the date of invoice. After this period, BTW reserves the right to
charge an interest of 10% per annum compoundable monthly, on the outstanding amount from the day the amount becomes due till full
and final payment.
2. BTW's liability to you, shall not, in any case, exceed the amount of the charge/fee for services (this does not include Govt. charges,
Consulate/Embassy fees, transit charges etc. as these are strictly non-refundable) paid by you and under no circumstances shall BTW be
liable for special, indirect or consequential damages.
3. You shall indemnify and defend BTW and its employees against all losses, damages, claims, liabilities or expenses, resulting from injury
to person or damage to property caused by your act/omission or negligence.
4. BTW reserves the right to terminate the transaction any time before delivery of services to you. If you terminate the transaction, you
shall be liable for all costs incurred by BTW up to date of repudiation.
5. All disputes between the parties in connection with this transaction shall be resolved by arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by the
parties in Pune.
6. BTW shall not be responsible for cost and consequences of transit or for transit of documents.
7. BTW has the right to decide whether to refund or not, scenario of the refund and amount of refund.
8. In case of cancellation of any of the services, in no scenarios, govt. fees can be refunded. In case the case has been proceed, applicable
services charges will be deducted.
9. As far as deliverables of BTW are concerned, it is subject to Force Majeure.
