Until the end of the Term, you grant to the Company and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates,

employees, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, and other such persons and/or entities the
Company may designate (collectively with the Company, the “​Released Parties​”) the
irrevocable and royalty-free right and permission to reproduce, publish, distribute, display,
broadcast, stream and in every other way use your name, image, voice, statements, performance
and other actions (collectively, ​“Persona​”), in whole or in part, distorted, adapted or otherwise
modified in character or form, alone or together with other material, in any and all editorial,
commercial and other manner, in the Restaurant’s name, on the Company’s or Restaurant’s
website and social media accounts (including, but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn and
Twitter), and for purposes of reporting, advertising, publicity, promotion, marketing and trade, in
any and all media, now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world. You hereby assign
to the Released Parties any and all rights you may have in and/or to any and all use of your
Persona hereunder, worldwide, during the Usage Period. You hereby waive all so-called moral
rights, and all similar rights throughout the world, that you may have in respect of your Persona
and the use of your Persona during the Usage Period. You hereby waive any right that you may
have to inspect and/or approve any use of your Persona hereunder, including without limitation
any text, image and other material that may be used with your Persona. You agree that no
Released Party shall have any obligation to use your Persona in any way, or to give you
attribution or other credit for any such use.
