Thirty Seconds to Mars, comprised of Jared Leto, Shannon Leto and Tomo Milicevic hail from Los Angeles, CA. The band's
eponymous debut album, 30 Seconds to Mars, was released in 2002 and remains a cult favorite. They went on to achieve
worldwide success with the release of their second album A Beautiful Lie (2005), which sold over 5 million copies. Their next
release was This Is War in 2009. The recording process of the album was marked by a legal dispute with record label EMI
that eventually became the subject of the award winning and acclaimed documentary film Artifact (2012). Thirty Seconds to
Mars then released the fourth album, Love, Lust, Faith and Dreams (2013), to critical and commercial success. The band has
sold over 15 million albums worldwide and sells out arenas and stadiums globally.

Thirty Seconds to Mars has received numerous awards and accolades throughout their career, including a dozen MTV
Awards, a Billboard Music Award and a Guinness World Record for the Longest Running Tour in history. On July 4th, the
band shot a documentary titled A Day In the Life of America. Including over 90 crews in all 50 states (plus Washington DC
and Puerto Rico), the project captures American life in a single day. A Day in the Life of America is due for release in 2018.
Thirty Seconds to Mars are currently working on their highly anticipated 5th studio album.

KUNÉ – Canada’s Global Orchestra features top notch musicians from all over the world who now live in Canada. Played on
instruments from every corner of the globe, they perform original music which they wrote together and that can, arguably,
only have been created in Toronto.
The Royal Conservatory of Music wants the world’s diversity to be reflected on the performing stage. Its latest initiative,
KUNÉ – Canada’s Global Orchestra, is an attempt to do just that. Made up of a dozen members from different cultural
backgrounds including a Métis fiddle player, the project is a celebration of Toronto’s – and Canada’s – diverse musical and
composition talent.
“We’re trying to build an orchestra that sounds like Toronto, that looks and sounds like Canada,” said project’s executive
director Mervon Mehta, explaining the fabric of the group members, whose origins stretch from Iran and Burkina Faso to
Lima and Winnipeg.

Following on from their successful 10 Year Anniversary Tour (in Sept/Oct 2017), the UK’s finest proponents of atmosphere and emotion, Winterfylleth,
return in 2018 with their new album The Hallowing of Heirdom. On this, their 6th album, we once again see the band continuing to push the boundaries
of their sound into new territories; this time with an entirely acoustic album comprising of 12 brand new tracks.
It is widely known that Winterfylleth have always incorporated influences from Traditional English Folk Music into the creative processes of their
previous albums, but it is on ‘The Hallowing of Heirdom’ that we find the band truly exploring this area of their sound to the fullest extent they ever
have done.
Drawing lyrical and conceptual influence from ancient folklore, pastoral poetry, riddles, rhymes and odes, as well as early British customs and practices,
Winterfylleth present here a unique and reverent homage to Ancient Britain in a way that draws on the atmosphere, feeling and emotions of their
previous albums, but expresses it through acoustic instruments, and in the folk tradition so important to the formation of the band originally.
Now cemented with a stable new line up since 2014’s ‘The Divination of Antiquity’, Winterfylleth have drawn on their collective skills across a wide
variety of musical styles to incorporate interesting, new instrumentation and textures into this album, and in doing so have created what will surely
become a new classic of this genre.

wanted. The old influences are in there, but it’s a little darker. If Shake Electric was gold and sparkling, this is more black.”
In 2017, they entered the legendary Music A Matic Studio in Gothenburg with iconic guitarist and producer Chips Kiesbye
[The Hellacopters, Graveyard]. Utilizing a bevy of vintage gear and equipment, they unlocked their punky side like never
before.
That identity defines the record’s debut single “Dead Or Alive.” Marking another first, the band co‐wrote with Swedish
GRAMMY®Award winner Peter Kvint, landing a one‐two punch of revved up guitars and soulful howls.
“The world is crazy right now,” Ann‐Sofie continues. “People just walk around with their eyes on their telephones like
zombies. They don’t even see you. They don’t look at each other. It’s not a nice lifestyle, because everyone is into something
else all the time. It asks, ‘What the fuck is going on? Why do we live our lives like this? What happened?’ That’s ‘Dead Or

With age, most bands see their music grow mellower and less edgy. Not so with Finland’s Kalmah. Now well in their 30s, they’re an
epitome of the typical grumpy old man. Then again, no other band anywhere was born to embody the rage of a northern Swamplord, a
mythical beast from the band’s home turf, hell‐bent on protecting his realm from the destructivity of mankind.
Almost five years have passed since Kalmah’s previous outing, “Seventh Swamphony”, but as the old age goes – good things take time.
And this thing right here is better than anyone could’ve predicted.
Long story short: Kalmah is on fire.
With the band’s 8th full‐length, “PALO” (aptly translating to “passion” or “burning”) the Finns take with aplomb their place as the
reigning kings of Scandinavian melodic death metal.
Blazing like an uncontrollable wildfire “PALO” drowns the listener to aural bliss with skillful licks, searing wrath of Pekka Kokko’s vocal
delivery and a blazing flame of unforgettable melodies hailing to the heyday of melodic death metal in the early 90s.

Chappaquiddick is the new docu‐drama based on Ted Kennedy's life and political career as it becomes derailed in the
aftermath of a fatal car accident in 1969 that claims the life of a young campaign strategist, Mary Jo Kopechne. The film
stars Jason Clarke, Kate Mara, Jim Gaffigan, Ed Helms and Bruce Dern. The music is by Brooklyn based composer and double
bassist, Garth Stevenson. The film debuted at the 2017 Toronto International Film Festival to critical acclaim.

Separate Rooms, the third full‐length album from Toronto singer‐songwriter Megan Bonnell, is the timely and bold statement of a self‐
assured woman navigating an increasingly dark and perplexing world. Bonnell has never been easily pigeon‐holed into the predictable
mold of the singer‐songwriter and Separate Rooms embraces this edict, turning traditional musical genres on their heads. With her
hallmark honesty, Bonnell effortlessly tackles such intense subject matter as mental illness, early pregnancy loss, and the dissolution of
love. But, the new album is also a contradiction ‐ it’s a lover’s appeal for space and independence and, at the same time, a desperate
yearning for young and innocent love.

Within its songs, Separate Rooms offers Bonnell’s raw account of some of life’s most profound moments. “Breakdown”, the upbeat
album opener, embraces the blurred lines between sanity and insanity and challenges the sexist notion that emotional women are
somehow unstable or crazy. “Separate Rooms”, the album’s title track and a co‐write with Donovan Woods, is the mature realization that
true love carries with it as much loneliness as it does companionship.

Despite the personal nature of the album’s lyrics, the production of Separate Rooms was a largely collaborative process. Joining the
production team of Chris Stringer and Joshua Van Tassel, Bonnell manages to meld anthemic pop appeal with the textured, layered
nuances of 70’s new wave, epic alt‐rock ballads of the 90’s, and traditional folk craftsmanship.

Bonnell’s debut album, Hunt and Chase was a whimsical journey of growth from her rural Ontario upbringing to her emergence as one of
the most unique voices in Toronto’s established independent music scene. Magnolia, Bonnell’s second release, was a considerably
darker and sonically expansive work which painfully and expertly dissected the themes of love, and more importantly, love lost.
Thematically, Separate Rooms treads even further into difficult emotional territory, finding Bonnell at her most
vulnerable but also her most courageous. Musically, the album is nuanced and meticulously executed; the cohesive creation of
collaborators obsessed with the idea of making something original and important.

Following on from their successful 10 Year Anniversary Tour (in Sept/Oct 2017), the UK’s finest proponents of atmosphere and emotion, Winterfylleth,
return in 2018 with their new album The Hallowing of Heirdom. On this, their 6th album, we once again see the band continuing to push the boundaries
of their sound into new territories; this time with an entirely acoustic album comprising of 12 brand new tracks.
It is widely known that Winterfylleth have always incorporated influences from Traditional English Folk Music into the creative processes of their
previous albums, but it is on ‘The Hallowing of Heirdom’ that we find the band truly exploring this area of their sound to the fullest extent they ever
have done.
Drawing lyrical and conceptual influence from ancient folklore, pastoral poetry, riddles, rhymes and odes, as well as early British customs and practices,
Winterfylleth present here a unique and reverent homage to Ancient Britain in a way that draws on the atmosphere, feeling and emotions of their
previous albums, but expresses it through acoustic instruments, and in the folk tradition so important to the formation of the band originally.
Now cemented with a stable new line up since 2014’s ‘The Divination of Antiquity’, Winterfylleth have drawn on their collective skills across a wide
variety of musical styles to incorporate interesting, new instrumentation and textures into this album, and in doing so have created what will surely

[The Hellacopters, Graveyard]. Utilizing a bevy of vintage gear and equipment, they unlocked their punky side like never

That identity defines the record’s debut single “Dead Or Alive.” Marking another first, the band co‐wrote with Swedish
