Profile
A highly motivated second year BA Business Management student at Coventry University with a
predicted 2:1 classification for the second year. In addition to a baseline of knowledge in
business management, my degree has also given me various transferable skills, such as: time
management skills, communication expertise and abilities to cope with rigorous deadlines.

I consider myself a joyful, capable, self-controlled, ambitious person who gets highly motivated
to do things she likes.
I am a punctual and motivated individual who is able to work in a busy environment and deliver
high standards of work. I am an excellent team worker and able to take instruction from all
levels and build up good working relationships with all colleagues. I am well organized and
always plan ahead to make sure I manage my time well.

Key Skills
 Excellent Communication skills developed during all of my employment history, but
particularly studying at Coventry University in order to fulfill their request of working as
a team.
 Strong customer service skills developed from my work experience in variety of office
roles and front shop where I had to deal with customers directly, over the phone or via
email.

 IT Skills- good knowledge of using Microsoft Office Pack( Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and
Internet. Experience in using social media- I had to maintain the social media site for the

Work experience

 Seller (22/06/2010-03/08/2010)- Across Voice Communication


I worked in a beach bar on the Black Sea side. All the staff was Italian and that meant
for me a lot because I had the opportunity to develop the English language and also
starting to understand Italian language. I become aware of their culture, habits and
requirements and that was a very good experience for me. Employers also taught
me to speak with the customers and to be a nice and sociable person and that
helped me in improving my selling skills.
It was a wonderful experience in which I learned a lot of things and motivated me to
desire to accomplish more.

Waitress for me was an interesting experience, because I improved my social skills.
My responsibilities in order to become a good waitress:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Escort customers to their tables
- Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and
cooking methods
- Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for
cleaning
- Ensure that all customers have their required order on the table

Working as an Inbound call center agent who could efficiently process a high volume
of calls in a day, improved especially my communication skills and provided the ability of
dealing with different kind of customers.

The opportunity given to work at Ikea contributed to my experience in a call center and
also in a new business area. Working as a customer services adviser, I had the chance to
improve my skills and get a better understanding of dealing with customers over the
phone. In order to provide excellent customer services I had to understand the business
background which contributed to my business student knowledge as well.
The job built the confidence in myself and improved my set of skills such as
communication skills, IT skills and leadership skills as the job itself it is based on taking
decision based on making to everyone a better life everyday.
