MOTION TO DECLARE PLAINTIFF INDIGENT FOR

COSTS

PLAINTIFF, thru counsel, unto this Honorable Court,

most respectfully alleges:

1. That on Plaintiff is an indigent member of the City of

Cabuyao;
2. That she is being represented by the Public Attorney’s
Office, Biñan District;
3. That in support of the foregoing, Plaintiff executed an
Affidavit of Indigency (attached herein as Annex “A” to
_____);
4. That I desire to file a Complaint for Ejectment before
this Honorable Court;
 5. That I am respectfully filing this Motion in order that I
be declared by this Honorable Court an Indigent, and
be exempted from payment of filing fees and other
costs incidental to the filing of the aforesaid Complaint;

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully

prayed that the Plaintiff be declared INDIGENT and be
exempted from payment of filing fees and other costs
incidental to the filing of her complaint.
