MOTION FOR THE ISSUANCE

OF A WRIT OF EXECUTION

PLAINTIFF, unto this Honorable Court, most

respectfully alleges:
1. That on September 25, 2017, a judgment was rendered
by the Court, the dispositive portion of which reads:

“WHEREFORE, judgment is rendered in favor of

the plaintiff, Rainier C. De Venecia, and against the
defendants, Edgar B. Brenzuela and Rowena C.
Brenzuela, who are hereby ordered, together with all
persons claiming rights under them, to VACATE the
 subject property located at Block 142, Lot 16, Phase 2,
Mabuhay City-Cabuyao, Brgy. Mamatid, Cabuyao City,
Laguna, and registered under Transfer Certificate of
Title (TCT) No. 451107 of the Registry of Deeds of
Calamba, Laguna and to surrender possession thereof
to the plaintiff;

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully

prayed that a Writ of Execution be issued to implement
