Any of the classes of words are given language to which a word can be assigned, different

kind of grammar have different criteria for classifying words, as form, function or meaning, for
instance parts of speech is a term in traditional grammar for one of the fourth main categories into
which are classified according to their functions in sentences, they are noun, adjective, verb and
adverb.
Firstly is a noun is a part of speech, and parts of speech simply refer to types of words. We
may be familiar with a lot of basic parts of speech, like nouns, verbs, and adjectives. Nouns
identify people, places, things, and ideas. Actually there are several types of nouns they are
animate nouns refer to a person, animal, or other creature like man, elephant, chicken. An
inanimate noun refers to a material object like stone, wood, table. A collective noun describes a
group of things or people as a unit family, flock, audience. Common noun is the name of a group
of similar things like table, book, window. Proper nouns, however, refer to the name of a single
person, place or thing like John, Joseph, London, Compound nouns refer to two or more nouns
combined to form a single noun like sister-in-law, schoolboy, fruit juice. Countable nouns have a
singular and a plural form. In plural, these nouns can be used with a number- they can be
counted.like friends, chairs, houses, boys, Uncountable nouns, however, can only be used in
singular. They can't be counted.like money, bread, water, coffee.
Secondly, adjectives are words that describe or modify other words, making your writing and
speaking much more specific, and a whole lot more interesting. Words like small, blue, and sharp
are descriptive, and they are all examples of adjectives. Because adjectives are used to identify or
quantify individual people and unique things, they are usually positioned before the noun or
pronoun that they modify. Some sentences contain multiple adjectives. There are several types of
adjectives they are Descriptive adjectives that refer to action, state, or quality like careless,
dangerous, excited, adjective of quantity tells us the number (how many) or amount (how much)
of a noun. .Demonstrative adjective, There are four words that are used as demonstrative
adjectives like this, that, these, those. A possessive adjective expresses possession of a noun by
someone or something. Possessive adjectives are the same as possessive pronouns my, our, your.

Thirdly, a verb is one of the main parts of a sentence or question in English. In fact, you can’t
have a sentence or a question without a verb actually there are several types of vebrs there are
Action verbs thtat express specific actions, and are used any time you want to show action or
discuss someone doing something. Transitive verbs are action verbs that always express double
activities. These verbs always have direct objects, meaning someone or something receives the
action of the verb. Intransitive verbs are action verbs that always express double activities. No
direct object follows an intransitive verb. Auxiliary verbs are also known as helping verbs, and are
used together with a main verb to show the verb ’s tense or to form a question or negative. Stative
verbs can be recognized because they express a state rather than an action. They typically relate to
thoughts, emotions, relationships, senses, states of being, and measurements. Modal verbs are
auxiliary verbs that are used to express abilities, possibilities, permissions, and obligations.
Phrasal verbs aren’t single words; instead, they are combinations of words that are used together to
take on a different meaning to that of the original verb. Irregular verbs are those that don’t take on
the regular spelling patterns of past simple and past participle verbs.

Lastly, An adverb is the part of speech that's primarily used to modify a verb, adjective, or
other adverbs and can additionally modify prepositional phrases, subordinate clauses, and
complete sentences. There are several types of adverbs ,adverb of time tells us when something is
done or happens. We use it at the beginning or at the end of a sentence. We use it as a form of
emphasis when we place it at the beginning. Adverbs of time include afterwards, already, always,
immediately, last month, now, soon, then, and yesterday. adverb of place tells us where something
is done or happens. We use it after the verb, object or at the end of a sentence. Adverbs of place
include words such as above, below, here, outside, over there, there, under, upstairs. An adverb of
manner tells us how something is done or happens. Most adverbs of manner end in –ly such as
badly, happily, sadly, slowly, quickly, and others that include well, hard, fast, etc. adverb of
degree tells us the level or extent that something is done or happens. Words of adverb of degree
are almost, much, nearly, quite, really, so, too, very, etc. adverb of frequency tells us how often
something is done or happens. Words used as adverbs of frequency include again, almost, always,
ever, frequently, generally, hardly ever, nearly, nearly always, never, occasionally, often, rarely,
seldom, sometimes, twice, usually, and weekly.
In conclusion, parts of speech is one of the gramatical that we must to learn cause every
single word has form, function and individual meaning like noun,adjecive,verb and adverb, all of
them has different meaning and function in english. Learning gramatical is one way to achieve
english language.
