CARBON REMOVER
DESCRIPTION:

Falchem Super-Sol is an advanced heavy duty liquid specifically formulated to attack, penetrate and
efficiently remove carbon, grease, oil, varnishes and other heavy deposits from diesel engine blocks, gear
boxes, pistons, rings, valves, atomizers, pipes, burners, coolers etc completely.
Falchem Super-Sol has been proven to be the most effective product in its category due to its quick and
complete action. This powerful action is based on a single-phase mechanism that consists of cleaning
agents, aromatic solvents, corrosion inhibitors and dye.
This way, the deposits are trapped and bound, resulting in complete and safe removal.

APPLICATION
SUPER-SOL is recommended for use to remove carbon, paints, and soil from automotive parts, marine
equipment, diesel and air-craft engines. It is extremely effective for the removal of varnish from burnt out
electric motors as well as oxidized inks from printing equipment.

Other areas of use include: Diesel Repair Shops, Equipment Dealers, Oil Field Services, Fleet Operators,
Machine Shop, etc.

Meets or exceeds the requirement of the USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry as plants.
INSTRUCTIONS
SUPER-SOL should be totally poured into a solvent resistant tank of stainless steel or galvanized metal. Do
not use on plastic container. Parts to be treated must be immersed at least 3” below the liquid surface.
When paint or carbon turns spongy and soft. Flush with water using a power hose. The time taken to work
will vary depending on the type of carbon, paint, grease etc. Use a wire basket for immersion of small
items.

HANDLING Handle with care. Store in dry, cool and well ventilated environment.
SAFETY IMMEDIATE ACTIONS
Eye Contact Avoid Eye Contact. Otherwise, flush with plenty of water for a few
minutes. Seek medical attention.
Skin Contact Avoid Skin contact. Otherwise, wash contaminated area thoroughly
with water. Seek medical attention.
Inhalation Do not breathe gas/vapors. Otherwise, seek fresh air source at once.
Seek medical attention. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear
suitable respiratory equipment..
If Swallowed Avoid ingestion. Otherwise, consume considerable quantity of water.
Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention.
General Avoid spillage, splashing and mishandling. Precautionary measures
instructions for body protection are strongly recommended before use.
