organization to carry out main objective
 Creating committed employees; establishing such condition of
employment and procedure as will enable all the people.

protecting common interest of all the parties.

 To be written; human resource policy must be written in clear.
 Should be flexible; human resource policy should be flexible.
 Has to be balanced; it must be balanced.
 Desire of work group to be honored; recognize desire group of
members.
 Community interest to be served; give due importance to the
interest of along with community of employee.
 To be well communicated; policy should be communicated.
 Trade unions to be recognized; trade union have emerged as
realities.
 To be consistent with local condition; should be consistence with
variation being permitted.
 Policy impact to be measurable;

 Consistency of action; action for the handling of specific issues.
 Continuity of action; action the change of tenure of office in top
management does not affect operatives.
 Specific goal achievement; policies act selected goals in reaching.

loyalty among corporate and personnel.
