Tomislav Matić
Tomislav Matić has more than 18 years of investment banking
experience in advising, structuring and executing M&A, capital
raising and principal investment transactions in South Eastern
Europe.
Before launching Texo Management, Mr. Matić was one of the
founding partners of the first domestic alternative asset
management company. In this role he has successfully raised three
funds totaling €135 million, and made 7 principal investments. Prior
to that he has worked as an executive adviser of the Minister of
Finance in the Republic of Croatia. In that capacity he has been
involved in the planning and execution of various projects in the
areas of the government’s sovereign debt management, large
infrastructure financing, and privatizations of large state owned
enterprises. His professional career began at Morgan Stanley where
he worked in the corporate finance department of the investment
banking division and gained extensive experience in various
aspects of M&A advisory work. He has advised on a number of
transactions and financings with aggregate value exceeding EUR 3
billion.Mr. Matić received a B.Sc. in Business Administration from
the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an MBA degree
from Harvard Business School.

Ante Ramljak
Ante Ramljak received his Master's degree in Economics from the
University of Zagreb. From 1992. to 1996. he worked as financial
analyst and project manager in the Mergers and Acquisitions
Department of Investco Corporation. Afterwards, Ramljak served as
President of the Management Board of CA IB for 11 years where he
led numerous projects of mergers and acquisitions in Croatia,
Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia, such as consulting in the
cement industry, financial sector, shipbuilding and
telecommunications. In the year 2007 he was a co-founder and
director of the company Quaestus Advisory Ltd, where he was
responsible for monitoring all projects and activities of the company
in the Southeast Europe. He remained on that position until 2012
when as a member of the Board he took over Energy Sector at the
Center for Monitoring Business Activities in the Energy Sector and
Investments. Later on he joined Tomislav Matić in launching Texo
Management where they both work as advisors for some of the
biggest national companies.
