Recall Management
Automatically sets recalls based on CMS recommendations for ASC 9/10 and
OP 29/30 for repeat colonsocopy procedures. Users can track of the number of
automatic recalls being sent via mail, certified mail and/or e-mail.

Coding
The built-in coding mechanism maps appropriate codes directly to the
procedure documentation to increase coding efficiency. The mechanism
automatically assigns CPT Categories (I, II, III), ICD-10, G-Codes, CMS ASC-9
& 10, OP-29 & 30 and SNOMED CT® codes to be compliant with CMS quality
measures for registries.

EndoSoft® applications are designed with Windows technology


MS SQL database and are compatible with Microsoft Server 2008,
Virtual Server and Citrix. All applications operate on Microsoft
Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 8 & 10) and are Windows
Active Directory (AD/LDAP) compliant.
Imaging
EndoSoft’s leading edge technology captures still and HD video images with ease through the
many sources used in the clinical environment. HD video can be captured using RGB, Composite,
S-Video, HDMI, HD/SDI, Firewire and USB outputs in native resolution.

Streaming Video
Broadcast streaming video and audio in real time to remote locations using the intranet or internet for live workshops,
or student education.

Security
EndoSoft® applications are designed with advanced security systems to protect patient privacy. EndoSoft® applications are
also HIPAA compliant and Meaningful Use Stage 2, 2014 Edition Complete EHR certified (Ambulatory and Inpatient) which
include the security measures established by CMS.
System security safeguards of password protection, encrypted passwords and EndoSoft® Audit Trail are incorporated into
the system to ensure data integrity and confientiality of the stored patient and business information. EndoVault® also has been
given the Certificate of Networthiness by the Armed Forces.
Integration
EndoSoft® is a member of IHE and actively participates in IHE Connectathons and the HIMSS Interoperability Showcases to
demonstrate the breadth of EndoSoft’s interface experience with various HIS, devices and vendors. EndoSoft®
applications are HL7 (Version 2.5), XML, DICOM, XDS (i), XDS (b), CCD, CCDA, XRD, Direct Protocol and OBDC compliant.
Applications readily interface with other applications that are HL7 compliant for segments such as ADT, SIU, ORM, ORU, DFT,
etc. Applications are DICOM compliant for work list and storage and also support DICOM Visible Light and DICOM
encapsulated PDF. EndoSoft® is capable of converting .jpg images into DICOM and pushing them to a PACS.
