• Working in groups of 2-3, use the sample paper from today’s
reading to respond to the discussion questions provided.

• Though you will be working in groups, each of you will


complete the worksheet provided and submit it for an
individual grade.

• You will have the remainder of class to complete the


worksheet.

For Wednesday: Project 2 Workshop

• You do not have to read the Thonney chapter on the syllabus.


Instead, I would like you to review pgs. 280-287 which discuss
evaluating sources and creating an annotated bibliography. In
addition, please review my feedback on your annotated
bibliography entry as well as the assignment sheet for Project 2.

• Be prepared for a reading quiz based on these three review


items.

• You should have gathered all of your sources at this point, so


please come to class prepared to work on one of the following:
– Synthesis Matrix (due via course website Friday, March 2)
– Annotated Bibliography (hard copy due Friday, March 2)
– Outline for Literature Review
