POSITION TITLE Application Engineer

REPORTING TO TBA
BUSINESS UNIT Sales & Service
LOCATION Pune, India

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Prepare quotations to dealers and customers in accordance to specifications

• Update quotation report daily
• To meet with dealers to identify their needs and enhance the company’s chances of
securing orders
• To conduct final negotiation with dealers and establish final product design
specifications for order entries
• To prepare Weekly Activity Reports
• To process P.O. and prepare Factory Order and coordinate with Engineering, Factory,
Sales, Admin and Accounts department accordingly
• To conduct product presentation for dealers
• To conduct Service training (with Parts & Service) for servicing-oriented companies
• To prepare sales analysis report – success / failure rate, booking, invoiced sales, etc.
• To review Debtor Lists regularly and follow-up with all engineers responsible for the
accounts and make sure they collect the payments
• The company may at any time, deemed necessary, add or amend any of this job

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

• Success in this role will be measured through a balance of qualitative and quantitative
performance measures that are aligned to the appropriate balanced scorecard. These
will form part of your annual objectives.

TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

• Graduate OR diploma holder having experience in HVAC Industry .
