THE THREE ENERGY CENTERS ~ Diagram for Connecting to the Pachamama Exercise

PACHAMAMA

LLACHAY. The llachay involves the intellect, and it is located at the crown of the head. The llachay is
the realm of ideas, of symbolic representations of reality (i.e. words and numbers).

MUNAY. The munay involves love, and it is located in the area of the heart. The knowledge of the
munay involves, instead, a non-intellectual, heart-felt, experience of connection with the rest of the
Cosmos.

LLANKAY. The llankay involves the energy of the body. Placing consciousness in the vicinity of the
Dan Tien (slightly below the navel and a few inches inside the body) leads to yet another experience
of the world which the intellect cannot understand, yet it is familiar to those who follow the martial arts.

Health comes from harmony, including harmony among the three energy centers
CONNECTING TO THE PACHAMAMA …
The Three Energy Centers.
1. Sit on the ground with one hand to the Pachamama and the other to your llankay, with intent
bring the energy of your llankay into harmony with the Pachamama (or ask the Pachamama to
bring your llankay into harmony with her),
2. Then take your hand from your llankay and connect it with the Pachamama while taking your
other hand from the Pachamama and placing it on your munay (bring your munay into harmony
with the Pachamama),
3. Then take your hand from your munay and put it on the Pachamama while moving your other
hand from the Pachamama to your llachay.
4. Repeat the process but raise a hand to the Cosmos to connect with it rather than with the
Pachamama.

1. Form a circle with 1 or 3 people standing in the center.

2. Everyone in the circle approaches as one, stooping as they go and sweeping their hands to
gather up the energy of the Pachamama while chanting ‘cuti cuti cuti....’ (meaning ‘change’),
when you get to the person(people) in the middle start sweeping the energy up their bodies
starting at their feet, changing the chant to ‘nidikiridi nidikiridi....’ (meaning unknown),
somewhere up their trunk you change the chant to ‘lloqse lloqse ...’ (meaning ‘return to the
sender or to the Cosmos’) and finally fling the energy up into the Cosmos.
3. Do this three times and then switch who is in the middle. Be light and easy with this… have
fun!
4. This requires a very energetic leader to start each pass to make sure everyone does this with
great vim.

This is a process from sorcery, rather than from the paqos, to disconnect bad energetic connections
you might have had placed upon you.
