Co-Advise and mentor 10 Student Alumni Ambassadors (SAA) through leadership and
professional development, programing, and outreach as a recognized student organization
Co-Chair and foster cross-campus relationships between SAA and 9 campus partners in
the strategic planning of Seattle University’s annual 2018 Homecoming weekend
Through weekly check-ins, I challenge students to think critically through inclusive
programing, marketing and partnerships when working with campus partners, students,
faculty, and alumni
Assisted and fostered relationships with 16 faculty members from 11 graduate programs and
within the College of Education through recruitment, enrollment, and marketing of prospective
students
Advised 30+ prospective students through the individual program admissions and application
process through on-campus visits, skype, phone, and e-mail communication efforts
Established the first COE Student Blog for prospective students to gain insight on the COE

catering to 4,500 students, faculty, staff, and Tacoma community
Managed a budget of $12,000 for 20 programs over course of the academic year
Increased program attendance by 80% during 2013-2014
Collaborated and built relationships across-campus to provide programs and events to
bring awareness and dialog around diversity education and social justice issues to the
campus community

Established the first internship program through the Diversity Resource Center presented
with course learning objectives, data, and structure for future DRC interns
Coordinated 5 co-curricular on campus programming based on research on best practices
that heightened awareness and deepened the understanding of equity, diversity, and justice
Facilitated weekly reflections and student dialogs on readings about student affairs,
diversity, and higher education. Used readings to support my senior thesis, Developing
Critical Thinking Skills Through Diversity Programming in Higher Education
