Originally, I remember mentioned that it would be no more than 80 Students. If your total count is now 71, that should be fine. Be sure to let us know in
the event something changes.

thank you!

Can you confirm the ticket number that Mr. Johnston gave so I can secure enough chaperones? I believe we
agreed on 71 tickets (including chaperones). Does that sound about right?

Good Evening Mr. Johnston,

I wanted to follow-up from our conversation on Friday. I spoke to my instructional lead and we would need
transportation to and from the Museum for our students. I believe we confirmed the trip for Friday, February
23rd around 11:30/11:45 p.m.

Please correct me if my logistics are incorrect. Also, please let me know if there is anything else I can do from
my end in regards to the transportation. I am still also interested in any documents you can send me that
students can use while they are visiting the museum.

As always, I look forward to hearing back from you & I hope you had an opportunity to enjoy your weekend!

Thank you for getting back to me.

I'm sorry for the confusion, is there anyway we could do the 20th or 22nd, or the 23rd? We just booked an
Engineering visit for the 21st this morning & we'll have visitors that day.

Please let me know, again, I'm sorry for the confusion. I hope that you can accommodate this change.

Thanks,

Good Morning Mr. Johnston,

I just wanted to reach out to you and see if you had an opportunity to review my last e-mail. I want to move
forward with the planning and preparing for the trip to your museum. Do the logistics I sent work out? Or
should I modify the dates or number of students?

I'm really excited about this opportunity and I look forward to hearing back from you.

The maximum number of students I am planning to bring is 80 students. I would like to take the trip
sometime this month for Black History Month, preferably February 20th or February 21st.

Please let me know if this number of students and dates qualify for the CAP funds.

Again, I want to sincerely thank you for your promptness & your efforts in supporting our students. I look
forward to your reply.
