Reflection #3

For this assignment we wrote to ourselves about our goals and hopes for the future. When

you write to yourself the tone is casual and you use slang language as if you’re holding a

conversation with someone. It doesn’t affect the message or what you are trying to get across, it

only changes the tone and mood.

We folded up our letters in an “amulet” to keep them personal and internal. We wrote the

letters to ourselves to promote a change within ourselves which is private and intimate.
