IT Service Guide for New Employees

Dear new colleagues,

Welcome to join the company! IT Service has provided you with the
following IT instructions.

1. Applying for Office Equipment

Please contact the department clerk to get the office equipment, such as computer, network

cable, etc.

2.Installing and Setting for mobile phone

Installing zToken app ( open website uac.zte.com.cn for mobile phone) →Download&Install

Installing MOA app ( open website moa.zte.com.cn for mobile phone)→Download&Install

Installing Zmail app( open moa → login → APP → +/add → Zmail for mobile phone)→

Download&Install

3.Installing and Setting Operating System

Reinstall system OS can contact the IT engineer LiuFeng(10115200)

If you have computer. Please one by one intalling ztesoftware

1) UDS Please access the IT service website it.zte.com.cn, and select Downloads → ZTE

Software → UDS → ZTE UDS V*.*.*

2) Zmail Please access the IT service website it.zte.com.cn, and select Downloads →

Office Software → Zmail → zMail PC client V*.*.*

3) IM Please access the IT service website it.zte.com.cn, and select Downloads →

Office Software → Zmail → zMail IM V*.*.*

4. Changing Initial Password

Use the initial password to access the IT service website it.zte.com.cn. Then select My

Desktop → Change Password to change your password.
