Narrator;it was Saturday morning of jannuary 5,2018 p[erez family were very happy
Because they live peaceful in their native house .and mrs; perez
Preparing food for the breakfast ,while the other member’s of the family

Grace; [asking] what’s the dishes mom.
Mrs,perez; ahhh it’s fried chiken and fish
Grace ;[excitedly] ohh,realy.mother make it fast p.l.s I’m too hungry.
Mrs,perez; call them so that we can eat now. Thankyou
Narrator;and when the family get satared to eat they happy enoying btheir breakfast
Because ,everyone of them are sharing their stories.mean while the breakfast
Is done and mr.perez and the children were go to office and school and
Mrs ,perez leave alone at ther house.and when chan and cassy arrived at
School they making a hersay to their father about what he was doing.
Chan ; do you know cassy I have noticed that our father have something to do wrong
Cassy; why.what what have you observe .ahh you mean that our father has an affair with
Another girl.something like that.
Chan; yes for my observation only,bit for you can you obsereved what iam noticed
Cassy;ahhm for me ,I think it is yes but it’s our secret only don’t tell it to other’s ok.
Chan ok,sure ooohhh my phone is ringing ,wait I will answer it first.
Mark ;chan ,chan,chan, where here in the hospital.
Chan ;what did you hurt.
Mark ;no ,but ate grace is getting hurt.she have an heart attack

Mark uhmmm ,I don’t knoiw because ate grace is inside the ICUroom right now
Chan;ok ,bye we will go there right now .ahhh wait did you call motherand father.

Chan ; ok ,bye .cassy we will go o the hospital now ,because ate grace is in the

Cassy; hahhh.waht happened .

Narrator ;while mr perez.and children are on the way .mrsperez and mark are waiting for them to

Chan and cassy; mom how is ate grace.
Cassy: is she ok mom
Mrs. Perez: I don’t, know, by the way where is you father
Chan: he said that his on the way mom.
Mrs. Perez: oh! Where is he? What is the time now?
Doctor: wait, where is your husband? I will tell you this if your family are complete.
Mrs. Perez: why Doc, what happen to grace? Is she dead?
Doctor: No, its not the point. Ok I will tell you this even your husband is not yet here. Don’t
be afraid we will try to solve this.
Mrs. Perez:
Cassy: What Doc? Tell us, what’s going on, what is happening?
Chan:
Doctor: calm down, ok? Your daughter Grace is now in comatose but she can recover if she
still fighting.
Mrs. Perez: Oh! God! (crying) why is Grace? Why? Please help her.
Cassy & Chan: (crying also) Ate Grace fight, fight, fight ok.
Doctor: Ok, Mrs. Perez I have a meeting right after this. Pray for her saka nalang.

Narrator: Mrs. Perez, Cassy & Chan were crying while seeing to Grace inside the ICU having
an apparatus in her body. Meanwhile Mrs. Perez is not coming yet, Cassy & Chan
were having presumption to his father again.

Chan: Cassy, you know what, fathers doing is not good. He’s not coming here, what time
is it now? He didn’t come. Now tell me Cassy if I’m wrong for what I have noticed.
Cassy: um: I don’t know. We have no evidence that our dad is doing like that.
Mrs. Perez: what is doing like that? What are you talking about?
Chan: mom, were talking about, ahm?
Mrs. Perez: what? Tell me? About what?
Chan: about, (thingking) about dad mom.
Mrs. Perez: why? What happen to your dad?
Cassy: we observe that dad has another women, something like that.
Chan: yes, mom, lately when he go to the office early and now he’s not coming.
Mrs. Perez: what? I can’t imagine that he is doing that to us. He is a good father, lovable and
responsible.
Cassy & Chan: were not sure mom, it’s our opinion only.
Mrs. Perez: it’s ok, I will talk to your father later on. I’m going home, I will bring grace things.
I’ll be back, just be sure you are beside with grace.
Cassy & Grace: Ok, mom, be carefull.

Narrator: Mrs. Perez on her way home, she sees Mr. Perez having a girl holding hands
together while walking on the street eating and drinking their snacks. Mrs. Perez go
down and go near to them .
Mrs. Perez: So, it is true. You have a mistress, why did you do that to our family to me, to your
children, for grace. Did you know, what is happening to Grace? She’s in coma right
now! Where are you! You’r not beside your daughter suffering her illness! What
kind of father are you. Inuna mo pa ang babae mo kaysa sa anak mo. From now on
you have no right to come near to your children especially to Grace.
Mr. Perez: wait, let me explain, she’s not my…Sarah wait
Mrs. Perez: no! stop this! Huwag ka nang magpakita sa amin mula ngayon.

Narrator: Mrs. Perez crying and crying again until she came home, preparing the clothes of
grace and other important things. Mrs. Perez also got home, they see each other
inside the room.
Mr. Perez: Sarah, let me explain, listen to me first.
Mrs. Perez: No, its over, I don’t need your explanation because I can see with my both eyes
what was your doing (period) just leave me alone and leave us! Ok!

Narrator: Mrs. Perez went back to hospital and Mr. Perez went to her parents home. Cassy &
Chan observe that their mother’s eyes is redish and the feel sikess at wala sa sarili.
Cassy: Mom, what’s wrong, is there something happen? Hindi ka mapakali.
Mrs. Perez: Yeah! I saw your father and his mistress walking in the street. It’s true children,
your father has another woman.
Chan: and where is dad?
Mother: I don’t know, saka nalang.
Cassy: ang pag-aaral naming? Paano na?
Mother: I’ll fix this children. For now we should her your sister.
Cassy & Chan: Ok, mom.

Narrator: after what happened in a few days, their family was broken, the parents of Mrs.
Perez coming home, from Cebu, because they know about what happened their
daughter’s situation of Grace. The parents of Sarah decided to bring their
granddaughter in Cebu where they continue for their studying in high school and
Sarah agree with that decision.

Grandmother: Is it ok for you Sarah, that your kids were going with us in Cebu?
Sarah: It’s ok mother totally they know that how take care of their self. And I need to take
care Grace. Ditto naman si Mark na kasama ko.
Grandmother: Ok, we were going to Cebu after 2 weeks here in Tacloban. We need to get
transfer of records in Chan & Cassy their school.
Sarah: Yes, mama. Cassy, Chan is it ok for you to go with your lolo and lola?
Chan & Cassy: were ok mom, but ate Grace. Mrs. Perez don’t mind I will take care of her
Mark: Cassy, Chan wag kayong magpapasaway kay lolo at lola at tulungan niyo sila sa
mga gawain at mag-aral ng mabuti.
Cassy: Yes kuya.

Narrator: after 2 weeks Sarah’s parents go back to Cebu with two kids. Meanwhile Grace is
still in coma and Mark continue for studies in college. Sarah & Mark didn’t know
that Mr. Perez is still and continue supporting to them. He payed the bill of grace in
the hospital and for the medicines. He also pated in Mark tuition fee in school. After
1 month and 3 weeks Grace is woke up.
Grace: ouch! Um, where am I? what happen to me?
Sarah: (call the doctor) Doc, doc, Nurse, nurse, Grace is awake
Doctor: Ok, ok, we will check her heart. Well its ok now the heartbeat is fine, she need
more rest only.
Sarah: thank you doc, am doc, when did we go home?
Doctor: am; after 3 days, I will observe first her heartbeat and just follow up the bills
Sarah: Ok, thank you doc.
Mark: Mom, I will check the bill if how much we payed for.
Sarah: I will wait here inside.
Narrator: while Mark is checking and preparing for the bills, Sarah and Grace were talking to
each other.
Sarah: Hi! Grace how are you? Mom make me nervous
Grace: Mom, I’m just fine.
Sarah: are you sure? You’re just fine?
Grace: ya, I’m fine, how’s Cassy and Chan?
Sarah: Cassy & Chan were in Cebu with your grandparents. They’d continue studying
there.
Grace: Oh! well, its nice but why there in Cebu? How about Mark? Where is he?
Sarah: He’s in the billing section. Grace the doctor said that you need to take a rest ok,
don’t ask anything this time because you need to relax so that we can already go
home.
Grace: Yes, mom, I will.
Sarah: I will check your brother outside if he is there. You sleep well.
