The undersigned accuses TYRION LANNISTER Y DELA

CRUZ Alias “UNANO” of the crime of Grave Threats,
committed as follows:

That on or about January 1, 2018, in the City of

Manila, Philippines, the said accused, did then and
there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously threaten
TYWIN C. LANNISTER, with the infliction of a wrong
amounting to a crime, that is, to inflict harm upon the
latter, by then and there uttering the words, to wit,
“PAPATAYIN KITA”, which made him believe that the
threat would be carried out.

Contrary to law.

WHEREFORE, IN THE LIGHT OF FOREGOING,

accused ALVIN ALANIS JR. Y MONTEBERDE a.k.a.
“ALVIN” is hereby acquitted of the crime charged based on
reasonable doubt.

The Warden of the Manila City Jail is directed to release

immediately upon receipt hereof, the person of the accused
unless there be any other valid reason for his continued
detention.
