According to specification given in the schedule of tender subject to general condition of contract for
WAPDA / PPRA procedure / rules. All duties, taxes and other charges must be mentioned separately.

- Eligibility of REGISTERED / PRE-QUALIFIED WITH WAPDA / DISCOs / GENCOs /

Suppliers: NTDC AS MANUFACTURERS, STOCKISTS / DEALERS AND
GENERAL ORDER SUPPLIERS (MUST BE REGISTERED WITH
SALES / INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT).

- Earnest Money: i) Registered / pre-qualified firms will submit 2% of quoted bid

value in shape of call deposit or bid guarantee from any
scheduled Bank of Pakistan.
ii) Un-registered firm will submit 5% of the quoted bid in shape
of call deposit or bid guarantee from any scheduled Bank of
Pakistan.
No bid will be entertained without earnest money and
copy of sales / income tax registration certificate.
