Good afternoon Cordillera!

It is with deep pleasure to welcome you all to our beloved province, Abra.

Our school, the Abra State Institute of Sciences and Technology is very happy to be a part of
this prestigious sports event in the Cordillera Administrative Region, the CARAA 2018!!!

We are honored to accommodate powerhouse teams of young athletes from the beautiful
and lofty mountains of Kalinga.

This will be a great time for us to witness the fruits of the daily trainings of our dear athletes
and coaches as this would pave the way to the selection of our region’s representatives to
the Palarong Pambansa.

Okay…To entertain us, may we all give a round of applause to the ASIST Laboratory High
School Drum and Lyre Exhibition.

Please stand for the National Anthem to be led to us by Ma’am Emma C. Segundo, the
Principal of Pilar Central School.

Please remain Standing for the Invocation to be led to us by Mr. Roswel G. Labutong, the
Officer-in-Charge of Pang-ot Elementary School.

Please be seated everyone.

Let us now listen to the Welcome Remarks of the dashing and fabulous Mayor of the
municipality Pilar, A big big hand for Hon. Jaja Josefina S. Disuno

Another important person to welcome the delegates is the ever brilliant and handsome
mayor of the municipality of San Isidro.. a round of applause for Hon. Elmerante M. Pacsa,

Last to give us his welcome message is the ever supportive and energetic mayor of the
municipality of Villaviciosa, lets give it up for Hon. Jose W. Lagen

Thank you to all our beloved mayors who gave their warm welcome.

And now to present to us the delegates, may we call on Ma’am Ermely c. Paned, Public
Schools District Supervisor of PILSANVIL

At this point in time, may we call on the selected junior high school students from the ASIST
laboratory high school to give us an intermission number.

And now, may we call on our well loved executive dean, Ms. Leigh T. Pasos for his message.

At this juncture, may we listen to the message of our ever lovely governor of the province,
the Joy of Abra, a big big hand for Governor Jocelyn V. Bernos!

Thank you governor for that beautiful message.

To give another message, may we give a hand to Mam Marlin c. Abaoag, Education Program
Specialist in Araling Panlipunan.

Let us now listen to the different house rules to be given to us by the Laboratory High School
Chairperson, Prof. Perfecto F. Paredes.

Thank you Sir. May well all be guided with the different rules of this institution for the safety
of everyone and for the success of this CARAA 2018.

At this moment, let us witness another intermission number. Let’s give it up for the ASIST
Senior High School Students!
