Success Criteria : Pupils can talk what they do in the morning , afternoon and evening.
ACTIVITIES
Set Induction 1. Show a picture of situation in the morning, afternoon and evening.
 Ask pupils to identify and name the pictures.
Pre listening and Let’s look and say
speaking 1. Refer to textbook
 Ask pupils what they can see in the pictures.
 What does Zarif do….?
2. Guide pupils to answer the questions correctly.
 Provide word-cards ( e.g: wake up, eat,cycle,study..etc

speaking 1. Divide the pupils into small group:
 Provide a check list
2. Pupils take turn to go around to find information about their friends.
 What do they do in the morning? Afternoon? Evening?
3. Paste their finding on the wall.
4. Other pupils can view and fill in their check list.

Success Criteria : Pupils can identify what time they do their activities every day by
showing the time.
ACTIVITIES
Set Induction 1. Show a sample of clock.
 Ask pupils which is the hour hand, minute hand and second
hand.
Pre listening and Let’s listen and say
speaking 1. Use the face of a clock.
 Show the pupils on how to use the clock.
 Introduce the hour hand, minute hand, minute hand.
2. Refer to textbook, say the time with guidance.
 E.g. : It is one o’clock.
3. Get one pupil to show the time .
Get others to state the time.

speaking 1. Using a bubble speech as guidance:
 Tell the class what time you go to school, have lunch, play
games.
