Doctor – is a Certified Public Accountant, Master’s in

Administration (Candidate) and currently a fourth-year
student taking up Juris Doctor (Law) at the New Era
University. She worked in the Bureau of Internal Revenue
(BIR), the tax authority of the Philippines, for thirty-one
(31) years occupying different positions;
She is an active member of the following:
 Association of International Tax Consultants (AITC) based in Zurich,
Switzerland;
 Professional Member of Association of Records Managers &
Administrators;
 Professional Member of Alliance of Independent Authors; and
 Associate member of Association of Certified Fraud Examiner

She is a consistent invited guest of the World Intellectual Property Office


(WIPO) based in Geneva, Switzerland;

She is a Certified Values Formation Trainer by the Development Academy of
the Philippines and a consistent lecturer of the Bureau of Internal Revenue
for seventeen (17) years;
She studied Tax Issues in Corporate Financing and Transfer Pricing and
Valuation of Intangibles in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on March and April, 2008
conducted by International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD) based in
Amsterdam, Netherlands;
Also in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, Advanced Seminar on Transfer Pricing on
June 27 to July 1, 2011 and Transfer Pricing Issues of Extractive Industries on
April 22 to 26, 2013 conducted by the Malaysian Tax Academy and
Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) based in
Paris, France, and Principles and Updates of Transfer Pricing on September 5
to 9, 2016;
She is a JICA Fellow having studied in Tokyo, Japan on the “Outline of
Japanese Taxation and Administration System” on February, 2009;
Currently, Chairman Emeritus of Philippine School of Taxation and Research,
Inc. (PSTRI), a non-stock non-profit organization for enhancing taxation
knowledge in all sectors of the society;
She is Past President of the Rotary Club of Quezon City North (2004-2005);
Past President, Board of Director and Auditor of National Defence College of
the Philippines Foundation Inc. (2001 to present);
She served as Board of Director of PICPA and GACPA Negros Occidental
Chapters from 1991 to 1995;
As young as eleven (11) years old, she was elected President of 4-H Club, an
international organization for youth empowerment;
She is a trainer in Risk Management, Values Formation, Leadership,
Organizational Development and People Empowerment;
Had written and published book on Basic Transfer Pricing. Other books

DR. LEO O. OLARTE – Attorney-At-Law, Doctor of Medicine

Professor of Legal Medicine at the FEU-NRMF Institute of


Medicine. He is also a Professor of Law at the FEU Institute of
Law and UE College of Law, where he teaches Torts and
Damages. He is a member of the Philippine Association of
Forensic Medicine, Fellow of the Philippine College of Surgeons, Philippine
Orthopedic Association, Philippine Society of Anatomists, Diplomate of the
Philippine Board of Orthopedics and a member of the Integrated Bar of the
Philippines. He is active in the practice of Medical Law and Orthopedic Surgery
throughout the Philippines.

Past President of Philippine Medical Association. Vice President of Philippine


Hospital Association. Fellow International Society of Stem Cell Medicine.
Trained in Regenerative Medicine and Anti-Aging Management in Boka Raton,
Florida USA

DIANA M. TUAZON, CPA – is a Certified Public Accountant


(CPA) with units in MBA, She was employed both in
government agency and private companies as Chief
Finance/Admin. Section and Manager, respectively she
served the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the tax authority of
the Philippines as Revenue Officer doing audit and
conducting various trainings/seminars on tax rules and regulations.
She also served as faculty member of the College of the Holy Spirit of Tarlac
and Learn Institute in Tarlac City teaching Accounting and Taxation subjects.
Likewise, she served the parish as speaker of various topics regarding the

Catholic Faith and home of God. She is a former household leader of both
Couples for Christ Community and Parish Renewal Experience Seminar.

HIROHITO HADAP, CPA – is a Certified Public Accountant


(CPA). He has maintained his membership with the
Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
He studied Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) and
graduated as Cum Laude in Far Eastern University –
Diliman. He was a Consistent Partial Scholar (1st to 3rd
Years), and Dean’s List Awardee (4th Year). He won 1st Place in the Battle of
Accounting Wizards of The Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA) –
FEU-FERN College Local Chapter and 3rd Place in the Battle of Finest Whiz of
The Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA) – FEU-FERN College Local
Chapter. He was elected as Executive Vice President of the Junior Philippine
Institute of Accountants (JPIA) – FEU-FERN College Local Chapter Federation
Year 2011-2012.

Currently, he is a lecturer of Philippine School of Taxation and Research, Inc.


(PSTRI), a non-stock non-profit organization for enhancing taxation
knowledge in all sectors of the society. He is also the Junior Accountant of
JEBE Bookkeeping Services for which he is responsible for the review and
supervision of tax return filing and for the compilation of annual financial
statements without audit.

RAISA G. MARASIGAN – is currently taking up Juris Doctor


in College of Law of New Era University and now on her 3rd
year. She finished her degree of Bachelor of Arts Major in
Political Science in New Era University Batch 2010 where
she got an Academic Excellence Award. She pursued her
Masteral Degree in Public Administration in Divine Word

College of Calapan, Oriental Mindoro. During her masteral years, she was
exposed to lead and participate to different seminars and workshops
specifically evolving to public administration of the government, career and
personality growth and development and quality service.

She started working in year 2010 where she was assigned in Malamig
National High School and served for two consecutive school years (2010-
2012). In which she was exposed in professional field of education because
aside from being a school clerk/ administrative staff that primary worked on
preparation of school fund liquidations and reports, she also served as
substitute teacher in times of absence of a teacher. In year 2012, she
worked as a technical support representative in Stream Global Services which
she served for almost two years. She was then exposed to information
technology field of profession. In year 2014, she worked as a school teacher
in Acelina School Montessori wherein she taught Grade Six to Fourth Year
students for one school year (S. Y. 2014-2015). Presently, she is engaged as
one of the Legal Researcher of the Philippine School of Taxation and
Research Inc. (PSTRI) under the supervision and management of Ms. Elsa M.
Cañete.

HARRY B. PEREGRINO – is a graduate of Bachelor of Science


in Information Technology at STI College, Sta. Maria. He is a
former employee of Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
Revenue Region No. 7 for 2 (two) years as an Administrative
and Technical Staff.

Currently, he is the Information Technology (IT) Officer of the JEBE


Bookkeeping Services company, under the supervision and management of
Ms. Elsa M. Cañete, in which he is responsible for the record management
and maintaining the database of the company.
