Good day !

To whom it may concern,

I have known X, for several years already since we are neighbours. That Y
is in her care since she was one (1) year old and now she is nine (9) years old. The
said child is the granddaughther of X brother.

X has always been great with the child. I have witnessed them on numerous
occasions going out of their way to be safe, disciplined and fun with the kid. I have
seen them in many settings and social interactions in our barangay.

I cannot imagine a better home for a child than with X. She is already a
parent in her heart and I whole-heartedly recommend her.
