Terms and Conditions CFA Boston Practice Exam 2018
This contract is binding until June 30, 2018.

IF OPTION 1 (WEBSITE PURCHASE) IS SELECTED, societies agree to the proscribed candidate promotion program
of individual exam sales and marketing via email to their local candidate lists. Societies also agree to distribute
candidate emails.

Revenue share payments will be made to societies by June 29, 2018.

IF OPTION 2 (LOCAL LIVE EXAM) IS SELECTED, CFA Boston will electronically supply you with one exam set per level
including the answer keys during the second week of April 2018. You will be responsible for reproduction and
distribution to your candidates. Electronic distribution to candidates is strictly prohibited.

Addendums, if any, will be posted on www.cfaboston.org by June 11, 2018. CFA Boston will request a final
count of sales by June 25, 2018.

The contracting society hereby releases, holds harmless, and discharges CFA Boston of and from any and all
claims, causes of action, costs, and liabilities whatsoever which the undersigned had, has or hereafter may
have against CFA Boston, because of, arising from or in connection with the purchase or use of the CFA Boston
CFA Practice Exam.
