MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

TO THIS HONORABLE COURT, ACCUSED, by herself, most

respectfully moves for the reconsideration and lifting of the ORDER
dated March 06, 2018 issued by this Honorable Court for the
issuance of Warrant of Arrest and forfeiture of the bail bond posted
by the undersigned:

1. The case of the undersigned was set for hearing at 8:30 in the
morning on March 06, 2018;

2. The accused in this case is a resident of Lattac, Sto. Niño,;

3. The accused in order to arrive in court needs to ride on a

banca in order to reach the jeep terminal going to her
destination;

4. As early as 5:30 in the morning the accused was already at the

riverbank waiting for a banca to ride on, however said ride
only left at around 7:00 in the morning because accordingly
they needed to wait for more passengers before they leave;

5. Despite her earnest efforts in arriving on time at her scheduled

hearing, she does not have her own vehicle to control the time
of her entire travel;
 6. The non-appearance of the undersigned on today’s hearing
was not intended to disobey the order of the honourable court
neither to run away but solely for the reasons stated.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully

prayed unto this Honorable Court to RECONSIDER his order dated
March 06, 2018 and LIFT the issuance of warrant of arrest against
the undersigned accused and to REINSTATE the forfeited bail bond.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
