Under the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act § 25-19-101 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain
copies of public records regarding:

1. Disposition of funds received from events or activities, including but not limited to concessions, parking,
facility rental at the West Central Community Center.
2. Copy of any agreement between the city of Little Rock, the West Central Community Center and the
Rosedale Optimist Club.
3. Emails, memorandums, letters that reference or pertain to a grant Director Wright states she has received
for a training program.

If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me if the cost will exceed $10.00. However, I
would also like to request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest
and will contribute significantly to the public’s understanding of the your agency, its operations and effect of decisions
on the citizens of Little Rock. This information is not being sought for commercial purposes.

Under 105(e), an agency has three business days to respond where (1) a public record is in active use or storage AND (2)
the record is therefore not available at the time a citizen asks to examine it. Thus, even if a record is in active use or
storage, it must still be provided more or less immediately upon request if it is not unavailable to the custodian. If
access to the records I am requesting will take longer, please contact me with information about when I might expect
copies or the ability to inspect the requested records.

from segregation of exempt and nonexempt information.”
