1. Do Imagine Learning compare and contrast lesson. Discuss language and the elements used to compare and contrast.
Record the story elements from both stories (The Boy Who Cried Wolf/The Wolf Who Cried Boy) and use them to com-
pare and contrast.
2. Read Stone Soup by Jon J. Muth (Asian version). Record the story elements.
3. Read Stone Soup by Ann McGovern (European version). Record the story elements.
4. In groups, use venn diagrams to compare and contrast the 2 versions of Stone Soup.
6. Each pair of students will choose one similarity that they wish to overlap in their artwork. As a class, use The Boy Who
Cried Wolf/The Wolf who cried Boy to show how to overlap the elements.
