Methodology
This chapter deals with the design of the study. It looks specifically at the sources of data,
population of the study, sample size and the sampling technique, instrument for data collection,
questionnaire allocation and administration, and method of data treatment and analysis.
Research Design
In this educational research study, the researchers used descriptive and correlational
research design. In assessing the research, descriptive is used to describe stress and different
factors that affects itself, also to explain the different proper managements to be used and
appropriate to be done. On the other hand, correlational research design is used to observe the
The study was conducted in Guisad Valley National High School specifically in the
Senior High Level and its study coverage is both Grade 11 and 12 in the Accountancy, Business
Based on the master list of each specific class there were 18 respondents from the Grade
12 – ABM and 25 respondents from the Grade 11 – ABM totaling to 43 respondents that
In order to prevent sampling errors, the researchers applied the simple random sampling
technique in selecting the mass respondents. The researchers randomly chose all students from
ABM 11-12 as respondent of the study. Choosing the students of each class as an interviewee, is
a strategy of the researchers to make sure that the information gathered are relevant and reliable
given the fact that the respondents took the interview seriously. The active participation of the
respondents has been highly appreciated and it was considered as a confidential file, with respect

questionnaire before they handed it to them. The researchers guided the respondents. After the
respondents answered, the questionnaires were checked one by one to see any questionable
answers or errors to be clarified. This is to avoid uneven number and false data.
Data Analysis
After collecting all the data from the students of Accountancy, Business, and Management 11
and 12 at Guisad Valley National High School through questionnaire, the total number of
responses for each item as well as the mean scores was computed. The data gathered and the
calculated result, were interpreted as a reliable finding in the of the study. The overall results
are rise to conclusions. Through the rising of the conclusion, recommendations were made.
