2. Amerdment of scction 9t, Act v of 1906.-ln the Code of Civil

Procedure, l90t (Act V of 1908), hereinafter rcferred to as tle said Code, in
section 91, in sub-sec ion (l), for lhe words "having obtainc( lhc consent in
