IMPRINTING CHARGES
For all imprint orders, an EXACT copy of the imprint desired must be attached to the order form. Allow
approximately three weeks for imprint orders.

Imprinting per lots of 1,000 books - $250.00

Above imprinting for standard type letters. Additional cost if special style lettering and for "cuts" if required.

Prices for 25 or more are FOB printer in Standish, MI 48658. Orders for less than 25 are shipped from Chicago,
Illinois and include cost of postage within the U.S., Canada and Mexico--Surface Rate. For shipping costs
outside of North America, please contact us.

All printed Data Book orders will include access codes for the Digital Data Book. Please visit
www.SourceBCI.com when you receive your Data Book and enter the subscription code on the front cover to
access the database. Links to the Mobile App are also found on the website for direct download.

Members who are creating their own branded catalogs using data from the book are required to seek an
