Lesson Memo Submission Deadline
Regular Lesson Memos (RLM) are submitted after a regular lesson is conducted with a student.
The deadlines are as follows:
For lessons from 6:00 to 12:00 – 14:00 of the same day
For lessons from 12:30 to 18:00 – 20:00 of the same day
For lessons from 18:30 to 00:00 – 9:00 of the next day

Important Reminders:
1. You can use the Telephone Reminder ONCE per lesson. Please make sure to select the appropriate lesson issue.
2. Use the Telephone Reminder ONLY when necessary. Students can complain if the Telephone Reminder was not
applicable.
3. Do not report the same lesson issue to your support administrators on Skype if the Telephone Reminder has
been used. Instead, secure necessary screenshots of the lesson issue/s that you encountered for future
reference.

NOTE: Please take note of the 1 minute rule in calling your students for their booked
lessons. Enter the classroom or start the call 1 minute earlier and exit or end the call 1
minute after the lesson so your students will not tag you absent or leave early.
Steps in using Telephone Class
1. In Skype, click the “Call phone” icon. The dialer will appear on the main window.
2. Using the dialer, locate the country code (China +86). Key in or copy paste the
number you wish to call. (Copy the number from the reservation details).
3. After keying the number, click the call button to start calling.

Did you know that you can now call our Hotline/Lesson Support Team by using your Skype PC or Mobile Application
Free of Charge?
Yes, you can use your phones to call us and not get charged, as long as you have a Skype app installed in your mobile
phone/s and an internet connection.
You can also do the same by logging in to your skype account/app via your personal computer and just do the
following:
Tap on the audio call button (handset icon) of your team’s Skype account to show the drop down menu and another
tap on the “Call Office” (the one with the 51Talk’s 1-800 number) and that’s it!

- Ensure that there are no booked lessons or any opened slots on the days the leave of absence will take
effect or ensure that lessons within the effectivity of the leave are conducted
• Voluntary Cancellation of Service Agreement
Do this when you no longer wish to provide services for the Company permanently:
- Notify your Team Administrators about your intent and send an email to HBTcoaches@51talk.com
- The letter should indicate the reason as well as the desired effectivity date of cancellation
- Ensure that there are no booked lessons or ensure that lessons before the effectivity of cancellation are
conducted and all logins (Skype and QQ) have been surrendered to the respective Team Administrators.
Mentors
Your friendly Mentors will also be in touch during your first 3 months to
coach and encourage you. Please add you mentors skype ID.
You can add them up as soon as you finished onboarding. They will also be
having a Welcome Call with you once your account has been launched.
