PROJECT REPORT
For constructing any building or structure the history of land along, with
vicinity must he known, I found myself at the plot which is situted for from the
inhabitaion areas and my problem at the side is to construct a "Double Story
building".
The problem is that a plot of land is situated at the side of the road. The
plot is a perfect rectangle. Sewer line is not availabel in the area abut the roads
have municipal drains on both sides the water level is likely to rise during
heavy rains. Safe bearing capacity of soil is 120KN/m2.
Electricity, water supply, school, post office, hospital and markets are
available in the die near vicinity. The building is planned in such a manner so
that it can meet various requirements such as passage; corridor, lawn etc. are
left according to building by lows and keeping in mind the function utililty of
each and every unit. There should be in such a manner that in summer all the
class rooms, laboratory, office etc. are protected from direct sunray and winter
sufficient sunlight should be well planned and approachable from all the sides
of the building.
The structural components such as roof slab, foundation, lintel and beam
etc are being constructed of good quality materials which are specified by
Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS) former Institute of Indian Standard (ISA).
There is an idea in mind to provide moasaic flooring of marble chip which is
extensively used now days, water closet seats (WC) septic tanks kithen sink,
washbasin, railing for staircase and ement concrete bed in foundation at a
suitable and appropriate place.
Finally all construction work should be done under the supervision for
experienced civil engineer and skillde labours. All requirements are full-filled
according to the problems.

CONCLUSION
In the PLANNING, DISIGNING, ESTIMATING & COSTING THREE BHK
tried to provide all essential facility to the in their need. The estimated cost of
planning of the building reduces the effort at the letter stage. Moreover it
makes the structure economical and comfortable. During project work I got a
find that to complete project work in parts in easy as compared to carry out
