Course Description : This course is designed to give the students the basic concepts, principles and practices of Total Quality
Management. Important theories are presented to assure the students to gain basic knowledge and
understanding of TQM. Statistical and mathematical tools aare presented in the forms of tables, charts and
figures for better appreciation.

Course Objectives : This program will allow the students to develop the basic learning in Total Quality Management that they can
be used when they are working
Grading System: : 15% Attendance+15% Recitation+30% Quizzes+40%laboratory project=100% x.70 = class standing
score/# of itemsx40+60=exam scorex.30=term exam
70% class standing + 30% term exam = 100%
